In prison the inmates who can afford it are allowed to order food and personal items from an outside vendor.The process is commonly referred to as commissary.

Hello; Yes to this. Seems the only legal cost is the 10 grand he paid on bond. Some sort of deal in part because he did give up the bond to the city. Being called a rare situation. I have some ideas but will not risk stating them on this thread.
 
I guess we can all expect for a certain member to finally come back and post a nice reply. S skjl47 do you find it odd that the court records have been sealed?

Hello; Yeah I guess so. Apparently the police chief and maybe a few others are very much against this deal. Not sure if this means we have to pretend the thing did not happen or if it is just a legal maneuver so he can avoid a trial and jail?
 
Hello; I just heard he paid the 10 grand to the city and has to do community service. This does not sound like being declared innocent? Am I wrong?
