I had a pair they died... One laid eggs but I never cared for them and they weren't getting the humidity and died...

LOL the valve on the bottom to empty it out.... Well I stuck a hose to it and was outside sucking to get the water out.... lol
Boyfriend inside yelling suck harder....
I'm yelling outside I can't suck any harder.... I'm not a damn hoover vac
This is when he decides reading would help after looking at my red face. Yeah we did it wrong... lol I always have an adventure with anything I do.... lol:screwy:

Yes I do, and I love them. They add that "full of life" feeling that reefers crave in their tanks. Unfortunetaly for the Snails, I have recently fallen upon Botia-mania. So I just have them in a few of my tanks :D

Are you sure he was talking about the hose?

:grinno:

The only reason I let them live, is because they are only in the sump for some reason. If they where in my display they would have to die.

I have trumpet snails that got in with the driftwood. There are a lot of them only see them when I leave on vacation and don't feed the tank for a few days. I crushed one one time to let the fish feed and man did it stink like hell. I may pick up a blue botia as I heard they do wonders against unwanted snails.
