I have alot of trumpet snails, but I don't really mind them because they're just in the substrate and I hardly see them until nighttime, when they clean the glass![]()

The big fish won't eat the CL because they come with their owns switch blades! they have barbs on the front of their head that poke the big fish and they leave them alone.
I don't know much about your fish but if you add alot of salt to your tank it will slow the snails growth rate and reproduction and give you an upper hand on getting them out faster than they multiply

What type of snails are they? Snails like Malaysian trumpet snails are pretty great for your tank for example.
