I hope this means that there is a hope for the ban being lifted to a certain extent. But somthing tells me California and Florida are still going to keep totally banned.

CA & FL's SH bans were enacted long before the federal ban.

King was right, they were channa gachua. Breed by one of our fellow comrade in the MD channa club.
