i like the way they say all SH's are banned in the UK ! and that it was caught on a sprat ,what at this time of the year ! the water is freezing ! they really know nothing these journalists, apparently it wasn't channa argus but c.micropeltes so again not very likely as i would have thought it would be dead very quickly at this time of year it certainly wouldn't be feeding, but it's still very sad that someone could release a tropical fish into what they must have known was certain death, even if it could survive it's totally irresponsible and damages the hobby as the majority of aquarists are responsible people, defra wants to ban SH's and other species 'cause of disease concerns so this only adds fuel to the fire and could lead to the banning of other species aswell, it all reminds me of when pitbulls were banned 'cause of irresponsible ownership and no one did anything ! i think i will emigrate, this country is no longer great
