Snakehead is whats for dinner!

I don't know if I've ever eaten a Snakehead before. I know for sure I've had a Giant Gourami and a Walking Catfish. I've seen Climbing Perch in the frozen section at an Asian market before.
 
GG's taste is much better than Snakehead's taste. But they all taste good. I just cant remember how many GG and Snakehead I have eaten before because I used to live in Asia for 10 years. I have a 24'' RTGG in my tank rite now and I can't resist everytime I see him lol

Yes, they are very common "Seafood" in asia, i used to live in Hong kong, and snakeheads are sold in all the fish markets...but most of them are Maculata..
dont know why..haha but they do taste good and good for soup too...
 
I love fish with chipotle mayo, but haven't tried snakehead yet. Might try Clown Knife

He lives in India and some snakeheads are native in India.:grinyes:
