I knew thats not what you ment, i was just saying its similar to Nebraska's laws on bottle rockets. Its illegal to move fireworks into the state, bottlerockets are illegal, and if you get caught it can garner a moderate fine, but thats not to say most people don't happen to smuggle a couple grosses of them in everytime they visit south dakota and light them off out in the middle of nowhere Nebraska.
