Only snake I own have had is an albino corn. I got him when I was ten. I forgot to put the weights on his lids one time and he got out. My parents and I looked for him for hours with no luck. After about a week our dog found him in the middle of the night in the basement. Luckly he knew better then kill it. Good luck finding yours.

my male boa - 7 foot long - would always escape.. lucky for me, he just wanted to be with his girlfriend and I would always find him on top of her cage
my lizard likes to escape last time he was out the cage almost two weeks. had to crank the ac up to get him to find a warm spot

What kind of Snake? Tear EVERYTHING apart. Hopefully it's a big guy and he hasn't found a way into the wall. My Ball Python got out last month and she turned up under some papers in my closet.
