Snapping turtle

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Its fine. It will grow quick though, Common Snappers hit 2' + dia.

It eats anything, fish, silversides, worms, meat, chicken etc. all raw. In the wild snappers frequently pull baby ducks and geese under and down/eat them. They also eat lots of fish.

DO NOT KEEP IT IN A POND. It will venture out and get killed or bite someone. Snappers will easily take a finger off.

I'm not keeping it in her daycare, in bringing it in as like a show n tell. Then I'm going to release it in her pond. I'm just going to show the kids n educate them about what a snapping Turtle is and everything. It is by no means staying in the house

Well I mean the pond is the biggest think I have and I do not have room for a DIY tank for it anywhere sooooo it's the pond or back to the creek he goes

Snapping turtles are by far the best animals on the planet. Alligator snappers are the bees knees.

Meh, crocs/caiman/gators are better but snappers are awesome.
