Well im hoping to install the floor in my basement this weekend or during the week days next week. So if i get all that completed, I will be moving them the following weekend.

Man that sucks. you should try to make fish head stew. It sounds gross but thats where all the best meat is. The cheeks are the best on any animal and then its in soup so it has an entire different flavor

No thanks. i tried fresh alaskian halibut checks ( guy i work with is from AK and he brought some back ) and yeah...it was not good. i've never liked fish, outside of when i was little and my mom had to feed me.

nice trout; do you use a chiller or just leave it at room temp?

I have the option to chill, but right now its basement temp. Water was 64* yesterday.

very nice. Ive always wanted to keep trout but dont wanna invest in a chiller to give them a winter

Yeah I got lucky with the chiller. It came with a buddy's 180 SW and he didnt want it so he gave it to me.

That's really too bad, Mr. Geoff. It's not like it's an acquired taste. I was always told by my Grandfather, once you got past the taste, you got it licked . . . he was right!!
