I'm thinking National Geographic, they have that thing where everyone could put up pics and stuff but they only let in certain amounts of editing, HDR (as they claim) is fine but still I can't be too sure if they'd let it pass.

It is! and there aren't much books about it, the ones available don't tell enough which is sad cause that place has so much to tell.
