Snowflake Eel!

Moray, maybe gymnothorax tile. They are sold as FW but they are brackish/marine. They usually get fungus and die in FW.

They also, (rarely) sell Gymnothorax polyuranadon as FW snowflake or leopard eels, These do a little better in FW but are wild caught and seldom eat, starving after a couple months. Both species do much better in brackish water.

Theyll live in freshwater long enough for you to lose the reciept.
Really lousy way for a shop to do business, and rotten way to treat an animal

But they do very well in saltwater. My friend had a G. tile in a saltwater setup for nearly 7 years before it found an open intake and swam up it, and straight through an impeller.
