Florida Box Turtle, not quite a turtle not quite a tortoise, lol. They can go in water, and generally live in moist areas but they are not truly aquatic. Sort of amphibious. Also omnivores which is odd as far as terrapins go.

Please release it back to it home, if haven't already.

Lol sorry I live in orange county California so what's the recommended care? I have her in a 10gallon as of now. Someone said they are semi aquatic? How big do they get? I'm going to go get some Roman lettuce and tomatoes for her.

Wild box turtles don't do well in captivity. They need a very varied diet. Please consider releasing it back into the wild. If you want a turtle or tortoise as a pet, check out your local humane society (animal shelter). It is likely that they have some available that can't be returned to the wild.

Agreed. Please release asap.

If that is out of the question, please do a LOT of research. A ten gallon tank is hugely inadequate. Even a 100 gallon is probably inadequate. Box turtles do not do well in aquariums/terrariums.
