They ship very well and can be shipped and sexed when they are guppy sized for savings but are almost impossible to find so far is the US, they are banned in some states. I am hoping that some of our members start to breed these great little monters so others can buy from them. They are probably my favorite fish of all time but I haven't been able to find them available for years. Guppies with attitude.

RIP the male... got spooked when I walked downstairs, headfirst into the glass at full speed, literally bent his beak sideways and just kinda belly upped and floated Now i have to go buy another pair (lfs only sells them by pairs). The female is doing well, eating, etc. She still seems kinda nervous, so I'm gonna hold off on pics until tomorrow.

btw, what size bowfin are you looking for? Around springtime, I can get them @ around the 10"-1' mark...
