Nice fish. Planning to get them, tell me something abt their Behavior, are these aggressive to their own kind or are shaolin???

thanks, they are just hangin out together. little nips here and there but for the most part no problems at all.
I've not read the whole thread. I have 6 burundi in a 300 gallon and they are about 2 years old, probably another year before they reach sexual maturity. I keep mine with a blend of Nasty fish like a tropheous duboisi and some more peaceful Africans and bichirs.
They Eat anything I feed them are school allot even in there near adult size they all chill together 90 percent of the time, even if they are fighting or displaying dominance while doing it.

Those are most likely Burundi. They have VERY nice blue though. Keep up the good work, Those are probably some of the best Burundi I have seen honestly for all the blue they got on them. What are you feeding? lol. I wish you luck just watch for fin nippers 
Congrats on your fish, looks like a nice little group. They are burundi and you said one has 6 stripe on one side and 7 on the other. When stripes are messed up its usually due to bad genetics and inbreeding. If you have plans for breeding them, I would exclude this one from those plans. As for sexing them the best way to tell will be to vent them. They will probably lip lock and nip at eachother but that's about it, they are pretty docile fish. As long as their tank mates are not aggressive you should be fine. They do grow slow I have had some reach 5-6 inches in a year span while others took longer. Good luck!

i don't plan on breeding them, but i wont stop it from happening....i just wont go out of my way to make it happen at this point. with how slow they grow it looks like they may not go with the gatf. by the time they are big enough for their size now the gatf might be big enough to eat them at that size. i will have to play them by ear. i'll most likly put them in the 40breeder and get that into a nice african display to go with the top african display.

Good buy, I dont know a lot about Fronts but did notice they were pretty blue which makes it that much better.
