They Are Burundi and relatively slow growers, About 2 to 3 inches a year if you are lucky.
The 125 in most cases is ideal for 6 adult frontosa.
They also like being kept in groups, which they call a Colony and your alpha male will grow the quickest.

For tankmates i would recomend the clown loaches

thanks for the id and growthrate. i kinda figured i would be sticking with the african theme tank, though i do like clown loaches i think i'll save them for a different tank.
