Just make sure both low U sections are still even like you have them.. Not sure if I made it sound like the outside pipe only could be lengthened, but it has to be both inside and outside

O no.. Did you see my post above? If the inside pipes are shorter than outside the siphon will break when the pump stops.. The lowest you can go with it is the inside bottom of you're tank because the inside pipe has to be even.. Mine is touching the substrate. Sorry..

I did not see that post. The app has been acting up latley. I did a few tests and it seems to keep syphon. I just don't have a high flow rate. It seems to have a max between 1200 and 1600. I read that I need 3' to get the max flow rate.

I have been doing a bunch of tests to make sure it works. it seems to be working.

Just make sure you can stop the pump, wait for the water to completely stop flowing, and then turn it back on without losing the siphon. More pics!

I'll work on them pics. I cut power to the tank then wait until the water stops then start it back up again. I think I will make a pair of back up overflows as well.

My whole system is getting an overhaul. I am going to do something to the sump so don't mind the dirty sock, I just changed sands out.
