give him a week or 2....by watching my Plecos when I feed them, i'll bet $$$ yours turns out to be a hog

Royals poo the most out of any fish ive ever kept, just mske sure you have plenty of wood for him to munch on, and they grow hella slow.

Update it's been about a week maybe more. Zucchini is staying uneaten and he hasn't even ventured down near the driftwood. He likes to hang out on the glass by the filter and by the java fern. Never seen any crap around the tank and his stomach seems sunken in. Any suggestions?

Try cucumbers, carrots, potatoes with the peel off. Mine like sweet potato. Frozen peas with the shell off is also common. I haven't fed peas myself but alot of people use them
