If the fish has bad HITH, then it's already in bad shape.

I've used Melafix for years without issue. Salt works well too...

Used melafix many times, if you are dealing with sensitive fish they either get better an go from strength to strength, or just die.

It's a great med, but needs to be used with caution.

It's only the Red Oscar and I purchased him like that. it was a sympathy buy. I felt bad for him he was getting his ass kicked at the LFS.
