When you see her, where is it that you two usually happen to be? Also wondering what the age difference is between the two of you. You never know, maybe she comes across as liking you, when actually she's showing all of these 'warm and fuzzy' feelings because you remind her of her brother or father. Wires get crossed all the time of how we are feeling at that moment, and how we are projecting those feelings towards others...But then again there are some ppl who only want someone that they have to 'try' to get. Like the idiot ppl tht won't go out with someone because they just seem too nice, or too willing. They end up in divorce like they said , because they only want relationships with the hard-to-get- mean people. Go figure!

I am laughing at all these peoples response, I have played the good guy/second guy how ever you want to put it. I have even tried to help my girls with their current relationships. But if your thinking long term ride it out, good things happen to those who wait. What your not telling us is how long she has been a single parent, or in the last relationship. A lot of times adults need a long time to recover especially if they haven't had proper closure with the previous relationship. Or its possible that she hasn't healed the wounds that she had from the previous. Just be there, don't force it but listen talk be supportive in time it will work.
