So Verizon messed up my pond

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
to be honest, if they messed up an entire sprinkler system and its expensive i'd sue and add the cost of the pond repair to the suit

It all depends on your finances... I guarantee you they have all the necessary permits, so it would just be a Lawyer battle. The question is can you afford to lose that suit? If not, just take it on the chin & enjoy your rebuilt pond. If they screwed up your whole neighborhood, you could go class-action style on them. That would get their attention.

Well they didn't mess up the who sprinkler system they just broke a main connection that goes to zone 6 which is on the hill above the railroad ties. It wasn't any major deal fixing it just the about of water that was running free out of the broken line messed up my pond causing the pond to float out of the ground and getting in to the under ground box that holds the power and UV light for the pond. to fix the broken sprinkler line i just had to cut both ends get to couplers and cut another piece of PVC. Then prime and glue. Money is not the issue and they said they give me $400 for everything.

No one has said anything got damaged by Verizon yet in their yard so I don't think anyone suing. Plus I don't want get into a whole class action suit. I'm just going to rebuild my parents pond and enjoy doing it. Plus this time I have money and making it how I want it to be.
