Whats not to like about them? The first time I saw a tiger (it was a thinbar), I knew I would have a tank full of them 1 day
. I agree when they r all black and brown they r not that attractive to look at. But a fully stable tiger?
They're beautiful...Almost look like a saltwater fish. When people come to my house and c my tank full of tigers they think that it's a saltwater tank.
I love their personality too...All my tigers know who I am when I go by the tank...My girlfriend tried to go to the tank and she got no reaction from them...But when I go even close to the tank, they all come out and show off their vibrant colors, and they look like they're saying hello to me. When I walk in the house after a hard days work(mostly being on mfk)lol, they greet me just like a dog just no sound(my tank is right in the living room as soon as u walk into the house) And all of mine are still young and small, ranging from 2.5"-5.5" Cant wait til they get bigger
Even at that size, it is very exciting to watch them eat...When I only had 1 tiger I would watch him as he eye balled the food(u can literally c their eye balls moving around stalking food) b4 sneaking up on it and snapping it up. Now since I have 7 tigers they don't have time to do all that sneaking around..They just strike as soon as the food hits the water.
It's a personal preference like everyone else said, but if u had 1 u would not have started this thread..
