So to be a mod, you gotta work as normal. Then drive all the way home just to get on MFK to enforce the law and make everyone happy for the next 5 hours. Then have 4 hours sleep, spend another 4 hours on and go to work.

This is just a theory, but I think the mods get through it by being wasted while on MFK.
