It's not a Fahaka, Mbu, or pustulatus, so it's almost def. brackish or marine I think...

Its a takifugu occelatus with an abberrant pattern. Takifugu hence the name fugupuff, my SN. I've been a puffer fan for way too long!

they're not rare in s. cal, but one with that nice pattern is rarer. I just like these fish, rare or not, even the regular ones are incredible looking!
