i've heard this year there is a minimum age requirement of 18+, otherwise you have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. can anyone confirm?

Here's a video of members HOUSE64 & DRAGONHUNTER did last year to get in. They were outside the gate the entire time so John finally decided to let them in. It was great entertainment... boy can these two get down or what?
