House_64 and OddBaller

I just look for deals! I don't make too much money so a dollar saved is important to me.

I bought my 12 gallon aquapod, a yellow tang, two shrimp, and a flower pot last October/November (spread out over three-four weeks) and they are still doing fine!

I was extremely happy with my purchase and have stopped by a few more times and have never had any issues or problems. All my bichirs and loaches purchased there are also doing well.

There are other LFS I have shopped at that I would not return to either, so I guess its, "To each their own!"

But if it is true that they are taking advantage of a situation and making it at anothers expense I will stop shopping there!

Have you tried Pasadena Tropical Fish on Colorado? They have a nice selection of freshwater and saltwater fish. Whrn theyhave a sale I get postcards in the mail havent received one recently so don't know if any sales are coming up : (

If you do go, get on their mailing list to find out what is happening. I do this at all the LFS that offer this service

ATA is hilarious. they make the most absurd claims on their website and doctor their photos to make their place look a lot bigger than it is. on top of that they ignored when i asked about different fish for sale and as a result i'll never go there again.

Hey guys;
This thread is awesome.To bad I didn't have a list like this years ago.Would have saved alot of gas,lol.The best stores I think is Ocean Blue and Wes store before he sold it.It's great that Wes is still here and is importing rare fish for everybody.

just made a run by 405 fish and tongs in FV. 405 has probably 100 or so baby aro's for 6.99. they also have some amazing looking gars for 29.99 for small and 69.99 for the larger ones. not sure what kind they are as i don't know much about gars. they also had some other nice looking cichlids.

tongs had the usual but they also had a wolf fish for sale for 49.99. it had some really nice colors but looked aggressive.

another good place i checked out is "House Aquarium" in the hong kong supermarket. small fish shop but prices you cant beat. they have fancy goldfish there for $1 a piece and red parrots 3 for $12
