Solo wet pet for 75g

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Alright guys so I went down to the LFS today and ended up coming home with some angelfish after the ones in the display tank caught my eye lol so the solo monster will have to wait until I set up another tank. Anyone got any advice on the angels? This is my first time getting them.

I think you have made a very good choice.a small group of angels with a shoal of corys for the bottom layers would make a much more interesting tank long term than just one big fish.
Keep them clean and warm with some nice vertical roots for decor and they will do fine.
Do not under estimate the predatory nature of angels if you want tetras.

Single fish become boring very quickly I find, I'd love to do an angelfish set-up in the future; you have the potential to create a superb aquascape with angels and corydoras as stanzzz mentioned above :)

P.S would love to see angel pics!

That angel tank looks great. I only got 2 and a few tetras, corys, gouramis and guppies as I wasn't too sure when it comes to stocking a community tank. I think ill have to add a few more in a few weeks time

A small group of around 6 should do well for you. They look their best in groups and live in groups in the wild.
