Just thought I'd update this post - still pregnant and waiting... took this pic last night. I'm seeing lots of movement now so I know she's close.

No other males, just the hystrix.

I keep checking every morning and when I get home from work but nothing yet. I figured she would go around christmas but she's still hanging in there.

The male is still in the tank with her, he's quite docile. I plan to divide the tank when the pups come so they have their own area, I don't have any extra tank space available. Got the egg crate ready!

It is very exciting and I can't wait to see the pups either. Would love to keep one, but will probably sell them all, hopefully to some reliable MFK'ers who can update me on how their patterns turn out :)
 
Looks good. I'll say she is going to have 5-6 pups.
