in my opinion when ur taking pics of corals u get better results with a higher f-stop. I usually shoot round ISO 400, shutter 1/60, f-stop 8-10

the higher fstop keeps more of the coral in focus.

heres mine with ISO 100
F-stop 4.0
Shutter speed 1/40-1/60

now keep in mind this is a leathers polyps

getting better just got to work on the color balance a little

try doing a custom white balance with your camera (if you can)
Put a white piece of PVC or something pure white in your tank and set the white balance to that then start clicking away.
