Those shiners are beautiful! Is that Luxilus cerasinus? Is there anywhere to buy them or is it just a matter of getting lucky and catching/netting them?

They're not demanding. I have them in a room-temp community tank with other middling-to-large minnows and some sunfish. The pump returns and a Korallia provide adequate current. They ate flake food enthusiastically from day one.

I believe they're striped shiners, L. chrysocephalus. L. cerasinus are Atlantic slope endemics. I can't recall seeing any of the big Luxilus for sale, but you could try asking Jonah's Aquarium if they can get you some or posting a want ad on the NANFA trading dock.
