Theres actually two species of red aro. The blood and the chilli. However due to interbreeding in farms there is now no true classification of red aros.

A red is a red. A crossback is a crossback and so on.

Only difference is the bodyshape, finnage and color. These are then given a fancy name by the farm so as to enhance the attractive factor of the aro.

As we always say here, whats in a name? Its the quality that matters.
