Yeah, that stinks. Let me know when the new one comes in and I should be able to help out with moving it.

Thanks, I just hope I don't have to wait for 9 weeks for this one to be built.

You would think that Tenecor would rush order this replacement tank esp because their reputation is now put to question. You have worked so hard to get this tank, it would truly be to their discredit if they do not put something together to make up for their mistake.

Best wishes.

Man.. That sucks. You would think Tenecor would have an inspection before their stuff leaves but I guess it was all wrapped up. Sorry man hope they make it right for you.

I don't believe this is Tenecor's fault. Likely happened when is possession of the shipping company

I can find some strong young guys (me an my friends are old and weak), then these will work.

$11/each. or rental like the hoist.

Where can you get them for $11 each? That is a crazy good price. I bought a pair that has 3 suction and cost >$40 each!!!

I think anyone who has large aquariums or aquariums that has stands that cover the bottom of the tank should use these if you ever have to move your tank.

Also I use it when I help family member move. Very useful!

:iagree:

I manage a distribution center and you would be blown away at what happens to freight in the shipping process. I have seen 60" plasma TV's be returned about 41" wide from the trucking company smashing pallets together.

Tenecor will more than likely will do right by you though, they probably have agreements with their carriers like most companies do that hold shippers liable.

Sorry about your luck man, I would be PO'ed for sure! :irked: Keep us posted.

i read the thread from the first page, and was looking forward to seeing the tank set-up. thats messed up with what happened to your tank. g/l
