I manage a distribution center and you would be blown away at what happens to freight in the shipping process. I have seen 60" plasma TV's be returned about 41" wide from the trucking company smashing pallets together.

Tenecor will more than likely will do right by you though, they probably have agreements with their carriers like most companies do that hold shippers liable.

hey man, sorri to see that happen. but if u do get to keep that cracked tank, just repair the crack. find other acrylic sheets and weld 'em to the cracked part
