This is a newly arrived pup, and i found him upside down a few hours ago i turned him the ride side up which is worrying to say the least. What else can i do because it seem he might not make it.

If this prolapse happened due to the transportation then its more worrying, I had a Leo pup with this a couple of years ago but it happened after a heavy feed, it disappeared after a couple of days but it went down slowly, not all at once.
Make sure the other fish don't pick at it, you need a partition.
All you can do is wait, try turning the temp up to 28 deg, this might help.

Put a partition in, remove all the substrate in that area so the bottom is smooth, turn temp up and go to bed, with a bit of luck it may have improved by the morning.
