All turtles need uvb light,in clouding all snapper species,softshells ,sea turtles and yes Fly River turtles,with out uvb turtles don't grow well,get immune system problems and eventually die.
Unless u buy a special uvb permitting window most of the uvb will be filtered out once it reaches the other side.

Rofl . Yes she is , she totally shed , had tiny holes and shed again . Is now fine doing well , eating good etc
