Wow, it's so beautiful there ... I absolutely must go sometime. Thanks for sharing the pics. Always makes me feel a little twinge of guilt seeing these fish being pulled out of their river home looking so healthy and beautiful. It's hard to imagine beautiful fish living in a river when the Missouri and Mississippi are the only rivers I've ever been close to lol. I guess you appreciate those things more when they aren't near by.

I said afte being there I think Politcians & Teenagers (sorry to offend if so?) should stay down there for a week to see how good we have it here like in clean water, toilets, electric, AC (its hot & humid) & medical. But like someone stated they maybe content on their life style because that is what they know. I know football (soccer) was big. When in city Iquitos during one night walking at the edge of the forest there was a bunch of people watching a small t.v. maybe 19 inches in this home watching a soccer game.
When I go back I'm taking a another suit case & going to Dollar Tree & load up on basic stuff like tooth paste etc. then some candy & stuff for the kids at some of the villages.
