I'm 19, living away from home to study at uni, but keep a pretty big rep collection at my parents house, which I visit frequently to care for and maintain.
I get the big ambition thing, wanting to be a breeder, keep some high end animals etc, but my advice to you is stay away from dangerous animals, until you have your own place. That is my rule when it comes to getting new animals, the house isn't mine, and my parents already put up with enough from my current collection, last thing I want is for something dangerous to get loose and cause them harm.
