Who says you can't smell underwater? Isn't there a reason we add garlic extract when our fish don't wanna try the food? Or why blood attracts sharks over red food coloring?

That's garlic taste not smell

They can taste the diluted blood or garlic in the water no smell

Fish do smell, you have no idea what you're talking about so stop. Those little nostril like things on fish are called nares. Do some research.

from my experience, may ray just ignored the mega pellets even with starving them. I tried it as well with my ornate bichirs but nobody seems to like it. For pellets I'm still using massivore as a treat and feed regularly with diced pork heart and marinara mix. might be the batch i had, but i had the same feedback from local guys trying this new mega pellet.

Holy crap that should not be a staple. Are your "fish" actually old Italian guys? Marinara?

They push water over their "nares" and they have sensors underneath. Same as us on land except fish can do it underwater.

i feed my rays NLS 10mm and massivor half and half in the morning. they love both. i prefer the NLS as is stinks less after feeding. i find massivor ranks nasty...
