SPEEDING TICKET EVEN GOING THE RIGHT SPEED !!!!

My question involves a speeding ticket in Westminster, California

I need some help to fight for my very strange ticket. On that day, while I was driving on freeway, the police pulled me over and gave me a ticket BECAUSE I WAS EATING MY COOKIES WHILE DRIVING !!!!

On the ticket it says: 22350 VC-UNSAFE SPEED.
Speed Approx : 65 <---
P.F Max Speed : 65 <---
Safe: 0
Beat: 25
Area: 670

Please help and advise me how to fight for this ticket. It is just ridiculous that I got a unsafe speed ticket for eating while driving and I always tried to obey the law !!!!

I think you should just go to court and explain yourself.

"For Cookies...?!"

I think the judge would get a good kick out of it and dismiss the ticket... lol.
 
honestly i think if you take it to court the police officer wont show up. My buddy hit loose gravel on his sportbike and ended up in the ditch. He got a ticket for failure to avoid an accident. He went to court over it because it wasnt his fault and the court threw it out. He did nothing wrong. I believe the same will happen for you. I almost certain there is not a law about eating a driving. Some cops write BS tickets and hope you will just pay it and wont go to court. More money for the city, county or state. Thats just my opinion though.

my wife got a ticket for about 500 bucks with traffic school fee for running with the trafic flow which was 85mph, then again she got picked on because she drives a car that look fast LOL

funny thing is that day I was driving a FAMILY MINI VAN !!:nilly:
 
yeah bring it to court and the judge will look at it and dismiss it. Haha hey i got one for doing 6 over the speed limit talk about suburb cops in my area lol

At least you were "speeding" :ROFL:lol, now my ticket is because I was EATING COOKIES. I guess the goverment will come up with something NEW like "NO COOKIES WHILE DRIVING" :irked:.
