That doesn't look like a common bite IME, looks like its starting to irritate around the bite. As long as it doesn't spread ur good, I think... Spiders are nasty, can't stand them...
Phones acting up, so can't view the picture but you'll be able to tell the difference between a recluse/chs bite by the way it progresses. I got bit on the neck by a brown recluse over a year ago and it left a decent sized scar. At first I had no idea what it was until it kept getting bigger and the flesh was rotting around it. The left side of my neck, face and shoulder was in constant pain. It was pretty nasty and something I wouldn't ever want to have to deal with again.

Most (between 95% and 99%, according to a study I read) "spider bites", even those diagnosed by physicians, are not in fact caused by spiders. The term "spider bite" has become medical shorthand for "necrotic lesion of unknown origin".

That's why I said it looks like a bite. Had something similar about two weeks ago. I could see the bite marks also. Stayed red for about a week. 95 to 99% of the time if it looks like a spider bite to you it probably is.
