Spots inside of fish..

For now I would leave them in the tank, make sure that you have no snails as per the first link that I posted. Then monitor.

Sounds good... thanks a bunch! I didn’t see any snails when I transferred everything into the tank.
 
Ok, sounds good. At this point everything in the tank has been exposed to whatever the black spots are, and some fish species don't seem to even get lymphocystis when exposed (if that's what the issue near the tail fin is?) so it doesn't make sense to me to remove them, and stress those fish further. Good luck.

So the spot on its tail is now gone and the spots under its scales seem to be pushing out... probably going to exit the body of the fish soon.
