Spotted Gar acting weird

Oh no doubt. I keep a close eye on the at all times. As a matter a fact im going to be getting another tank setup just incase
I didnt think that a Gar could do that much damage. Only cause I hear that odoes are crazy. I had an Odoe for about 2 days and he was gone. To much for me, he was nutts. If anyone is looking for a nutts Odoe, I took him bak to All Happy Aquarium. He was about 8" of killer instinct
Quick Q? What do you think about a Endl Bichir and Spotted Gar together? yes/NO?? (just a thought)

to be honest i am in the process of trying this. i am trying to get a P Congicus or Endli. i think it will work ok...assuming the sizes are similar.

I have a senegeal bichir.. Well they just ignore eachother.. except during feeding.. They keep pusing each other and fighting for food.. The gar did snap at the bichir and got a hold of him once.. But no damage at all.. not even a scratch.. other than that, i think they make good tankmates..

What are the sizes of the bichir/gar?

Gar is about 14" and the bichir is about 7-8"

Right on. Thats a pretty big size diff. Thats good that the gar doesnt bully the polly since he is bigger. Might have to try that and pick myself up a Endl Bichir
