Spotted Raphaels at 66F

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Lol for not reading your post right, you had already said that it was central heat.
I tend to apologize unneccesarily lol...

If it's gonna be at least a week before your friend picks them up, I would probably grab a small 10g heater from petco. It's pretty cheap or what I do is make my own diy tank divider. Supplies from Walmart for under $10.

Going on day 7 and they are doing fine. They aren't eating that I can see, and they spent the whole week hiding behind the sponge filter in the corner. Baby Molly is still fine, didn't get eaten. I'm about to lay claim to them and just keep them LOL j/k

Final update. My friend came over this afternoon and picked them. They still hadn't eaten, and were still at 66F, so I told him to float the bag at LEAST 30 minutes since the temperature change will be over 10F difference and give 'em a good meal after lights-out. Anyone want to add anything to this thread as far as moving and re-acclimating them? I can still call him and pass the word on if you guy noticed I missed something

It's a good thing the cat found a home. Like you said there's nothing else to do but slowly acclimate them and turn the lights off.
