well i'm going to contact rainybetta and see what deal he can give me on his SRT.
but still Bluestars is offering a good fair price.

$145 is a good deal. But if what JP said is true and if can get the others for cheaper. I would go with the others. The pearls are more complete. I really like the 2nd fish JP posted. The fins are awesome and a decent head for a SRT.

bluestars is better than any of them except the third but bluestars price is great, its up to you but this **** is dumb
i like Blue stars most to be honest, it has the nicest red out of all of the ones posted in this thread, but it really does depend on what you are looking for, if you want the best color, nuchal hump, or body shape, i personally go for color because i personally think good color is what makes a show fish, but i really dont care about the whole "quality" BS.
JP, the ones you posted arent all that much nicer if at all then Bluestars...
just my opinion but here are my ratings:
Blue Stars: Great Color, Great Pearling, Good Body Shape, and cant really tell how the fins go together in that angle of pic, and a decently short face, but does lack pearling on snout and forehead
#1 on JP's list: Decent Color, Lots of pearling, but lacks pearls on the snout, Thin long body, not great fins, long pointed down sout.
#2 on JP's list: Lacks the Red, very un-even pearling, nice body, nice fins, nice head shape.
#3 on JP's list: Nice Color (though it looks like a color enhancing light bulb is on the tank, power glo to be exact), thin long body, cant really tell the fins when they are all down.
and the other fact that Blue Stars will be about half the price when you include shipping on the ones from rainnybetta.
id go with bluestars in a heart beat over rainny's, dont get me wrong, they are all nice and all have potential, but if i were to go with one id get bluestars.

I try to get my SRT that actually look like Texas cichlids, some of the SRT out there do not look like a Texas cichlid

About my post, It's just MY PERSONAL opinion about your SRT. Other than obvious RED and pearls they must have, SRT NEEDS pearls across head,thick high body, good tail, and kok for ME to like it.
I don't want to derail this thread further, I am done making posts to defend myself(as long as no one attacks me for no reason lol). ALL I WAS DOING WAS RAISING MY VOICE ON MY PERSONAL OPINION! Why all the hate?
