My wife thought I was crazy for sitting in front of our 150g with a silver aro, pbass, acara cat, and some clown loaches. I could sit there for over and hour just watching the aro swim back and forth.
NOW since we have the 600g up and running, I pull up a dinning chair and sit there and just stare at them.
The funniest thing is now she will sit with me to check out the fish.
My wife is starting to watch too! And she definitely understands my fascination, even if she doesn't share it.
But we had some out of town company recently, and our guest noticed me sitting in my office chair in front of the tank and asked me how long I could sit there. The tone of her voice was telling.

when my tnak used to be packed i would just sit on the couch and watch ha now that i have my conv tank n my tank somtiems i just turn around and look at what they do, right now they are digging i hope they lay eggs soo haha

One empty one gal I just cant seem to find the time to get set up.
I am going to look at a used 150g 6' long x 28" high x 18" deep
They want $300 for everthing, exept they have no idea what they have.

i could stare at mine if my fish would come out , i need moonlights so i can watch my ornate. and i need to get an aro too... lol when i watch my tanks all i can think about is what needs to be done , once this lame 10 gal is done cycling ill have a bunch of tetras to watch, and once the 195 comes this november ill be able to watch all the bichirs socialize. see im doing it again.
