Staring At Your Aquarium

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I'm constantly sitting in front of my tank when I've got down time. Actually, when I'm tied up on the phone I usually just park in front of my 120g and keep my eyes occupied while my ear lobes get ripped apart!

Awesome. Does anyone have non-aquarist friends who think you're nuts for being so fascinated with your tank?

I certainly do...
me to he says i talk about it to much i spend aleast 15 minutes in front of my tank. people like fish like them alot .... like most people on this fourm

I really enjoy watching my Oscars, one of my 55 gallons with one Lutino Oscar is in my dining room and she likes to swim upside down past her piece of driftwood and then go right side up and come back and do it again, she is so interesting to watch. My other 55 gallon tank with one Common Oscar is in my bedroom and I watch him until I fall asleep. It is so relaxing. My other tanks I watch too, but the Oscars are the most fun to watch.

my 120 gallon native is in my room and takes up half my wall i lay at the bottom of my bed and watch my fish swim at the glass trying to be near me :) they love me!!!!!!!!!!!1 :nilly:

but my outher tanks are outside and its super hot so i dont tend to look at those for to long but we are turning the outside into a room with ac and insulated windows so it will be nice and cold then i will be watching them

onlything bad about my pond is i cant look at them thru a window but i can from above!!!!

Btw every fish that outgrows my tanks in this order goes into pond

10gal
20gal
55gal
120gal
BIG 11ft long 5ft wide 3 1/2 ft deep pond with a waterfall :)

i cant wait for my arow :)!

I love to just watch my aquariums, its just so beautiful. It can get annoying though when my friends come over and spend more time infront of my tanks than talking to me. ha
