Start of planted 10g

I'll be honest, I'm having a hard time with this.

The leafs look a LOT like limnophilia aromatica, but the stem seems different.

The stem seems more like a ludwigia, but the leafs seem different from, say, ludwigia Cuba, which this sort of resembles.

Maybe the pic is playing tricks on me, but could you get a close up of just a single leaf or two? Are they slightly aerated leafs or just smooth?

Could it be some sort of cross. Cause I looked up both and the leaves look like the aromatica just not quite as jagged and the stem does look different. Also with the Cuba the leaves don't look smooth like the pics I was looking at

you can't cross those two species...no

I think its aromatica...plants do look different depending upon the conditions they grow in, but I think that's the best bet.

only other things it might be could perhaps be pogostemon species, but I feel like you would know if you had that.

where did you get this plant again?
 
Just my lfs they had it on one of their planted tanks and I asked about it. No-one could tell me what it was so they just gave it to me

Just updating tank progress:
Water is almost right. I added a new plant and rearranged a bit. I switched to r.o. water. I should be ready for my apistos in about a week I'm thinking.

Two zoomed ultra sun 10watt compact fluorescent bulbs. It provides great light and puts me at 2 watts per gallon. Honestly I'm very impressed with how well these bulbs work.
