I like that you are going to use pond liner with a viewing window it has been done im sure you will be fine interested to see what type of sealer for the acrylic

I suspected that it would be easier to cut and then reseal but i've seen it done in one piece - the end product however was messy - i'll look forward to seeing how yours looks finished.

What's next on the job list?

I don't think it would be easier. It would probably be nicer. I just don't wanna to cut the liner more than I have to. That would be 4 more places that it can leak from.

Next step is getting the glass in. Then finishing the plywood.

Yes this product bonds exceptionally well to epdm,glass,acrylic,abs,stone,cement,steel and can even be shot underwater. Like i said its pricey but well worth it. I paid $420 for 12 tubes. 3m 5200 also works but ive never used it.

Haha...thats the price of peace of mind i guess, its a proven product so u get what u pay for in a way but i agree its expensive. There is also a loctite brand roof and flashing sealant good for epdm to glass used by another member here.
