Started on my stand for my 220

Thanks guys! it should look pretty good when done IMO. i don't have any plans on paper but it looks good in my head.

as for whats going in it. honestly i have not decided yet. :D

i am hoping to start wrapping it in oak this weekend. as long as i can keep my hands off of beer, il be at the NHRA races most of the weekend so i may not get a chance to get back ion it till Sunday or Monday. but am hoping sooner.

I picked the tank up from a friend, it was a Reef. hence the Coraline on the reef boxes


it may stay a reef still have not 100% decided yet.
 
A little update. i didn't get much done this weekend as i was out at the NHRA Nationals at Route 66 all weekend and i am burnt. so i don't have a lot of energy to do much at this time but i did get the floor in and the top deck on. i didn't need to put the top deck on but decided in case i ever upgrade or switch this stand over to a acrylic tank its there.

Looks good. I'm debating whether or not I should add plywood to mine. (in the finishing touches stage)

I used 2x6's for horizontals so its probably no needed, but it might make me feel better to know its there...
 
Another reason i added the top deck is for ease with the tank when sliding in on and off of the stand. instead of just 2x4's, and like i said if i do decide to use the stand for a acrylic tank its there is needed. :D

I will start wrapping it in oak ply later this week hopefully.

i decided i am going to add doors to the ends and then just 2 swing out doors in the middle front, instead of the usual 4 door front.
