  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
just paint. there is some fiberglass on the joints.

o yes and after strolling through some threads i seen some people using bags of sand from home hardwares stores so took it 1 step further i actually went to go collect some sand.

off to grab some sealer today maybe finish over the long weekend maybe not.

camera's missing running a test on drylok leaving window cut out until very last.

2nd coat down all is good i was surprised at how hard the paint was without using a hardener.

small adhesion problem the fiberglassed joint's don't seem to stick well i'm hoping by the 3rd coat that changes as there is more drylok to stick too.

what are the chances of finding some glass during an aquarium build ?

pretty good today if your me.

the price just finished filling the tank (no window cut out).

Search C-list religiously for thick glass.

As A side note, My drylok tank held just fine for a year before I sold. Still cruising boards to see if anyone has made it past that.

PS Hope you used silicone in the seams because drylok will tend to crack in the corners.

i noticed it cracked in the corners i kept touching it up and i fiberglassed the joint's no silicone and what i meant by finding glass is i found some.
